I've heard of lots of different ways people describe anxiety.
Maybe yours if different, and maybe you can relate, but no matter what... approaching anxiety is like approaching a really skiddish child or animal who is hyper-alert and ready to run.
They should be approached with kindness, compassion, respect, and great love to help to calm and settle.
The hypnotic story time is like entering a beautiful dream through stories and tales that have an amazing side-effect of calming and easing anxieties, stress, and fears.
Today at noon, I have a group session available for those who are looking for help in this area.
If you can't make it, it's ok.
This session will be recorded for those who have a want or a need to come, and simply cannot make it. Totally pressure free, and you can also listen to it before bedtime tonight instead if you choose to. Everyone who signs up will be sent a copy of the session to listen, and to join when you feel ready.
