If you were to dig deep to a picture, and think about your very best self, what would it be like? We all on some level want to feel better about ourselves, feel better mentally/ physically, kick the old bad habits, and genuinely feel happy and grateful for what we have, and who we are. The way society is, and without much knowledge of how our minds are programmed, it has not made it easy for most of us to accomplish what we truly need and want for ourselves. How many times have you told yourself you're not worth something? That you will never be happy? That you will never be able to quit....? That you're not smart enough or good enough? These are just a few examples of how we program ourselves for the worst. I invite you to think about how many times you say the word CAN'T in a day. Simple secret- when you tell yourself CAN'T you will not be able to physically or mentally follow through with whatever you tell yourself you can't do. You have given yourself a command, and no matter what, it will follow through. Your natural problem solving gears will cease, and you are automatically blocked from any or all possibilities to make something work. You can change that! Anything is possible, and when you truly think about, and design your goals in as much detail as possible, you are naturally given the ability and possibilities to follow through with your goals.
