I am learning dynamic, new Cranio-sacral mouthwork techniques and somato-emotional Release in Upledger's Somato-Emotional Release 1 course. I just finished day 2 of Manual Approach Articular Advanced Joints in Redondo Beach, LA. I learned about deep articular structures of the cervical, hip, and knee joins, as well as specific arteries, nerves and veins.
I feel great and my posture improved after the cervical and suboccipital techniques. My slight kyphosis or hunchback on my thoracic area is barely visible. My back and neck feels great!

Just finished a state-of-the-art seminar on Neural Manipulation 4:Cranial Nerve Manipulation. It was exciting learning about the trigeminal nerve, Vagus Nerve, facial nerve? Hyphoglossal nerve, opthalmic nerve and it's branches. I Just finished a one week retreat and seminar on Zero Balancing. Zero Balancing is an alternative, holistic manual therapy that works on structure (body) and energy using meridian points. It is a wonderful modality that regulates the nervous system and decreases bodily pain.
