Ok, you have back pain. Who do you see? Your primary care doctor or the chiropractor?
Here’s some food for thought:
Even though low back pain remains an epidemic worldwide
(1), and the cost of managing back pain is increasing substantially(2), with consistently, poor outcomes, medicine has dogmatically held onto the label of “nonspecific low back pain.” Nonspecific low back pain is defied as low back pain not an attributable to a recognizable, known specific pathology (eg., infection, tumor, osteoporosis, fracture, structural deformity, in inflammatory disorder, radicular syndrome (discs), or cause equine syndrome.) it represents approximately 95% of all back pain and his persistently labeled “nonspecific” because medicine cannot define a specific diagnosis(3).

So, if your primary doesn’t know what’s causing your back pain, maybe give chiropractors a try🤷

Did you know…….
In 2018, chiropractic lowered opioid use by 55%.
In 2025–64%?!!

Emergency Rooms are the prime source of opioid use where 60% of low back pain patients were treated with opioids (1). In primary care settings, the opioid prescription rate is 30%, and a large number of patients who saw a primary care physician for low back pain received care that is inconsistent with evidence based clinical practice guidelines (2).

Treating low back pain is one area most chiropractors have in common globally. No matter the focus of chiropractic practices (sports, family care, etc.), low back pain remains one of the most common melodies treated in chiropractic.

We’re here to help! Call or text—331-248-5777.
