You don’t have to be flexible—our experienced teacher, Tricia Fiske, can make modifications so your body gets exactly what it needs.

With science, heart and sharing, we were able to air out some of our current hesitations and realize that we have more control over OUR responses than we thought (NOT others’ responses though!)

Yolanda Lozano has been learning about the healing properties of sound for 25 years.

Now there is plenty of proof that deep vibrations at specific frequencies help you relax, reduce stress, release toxins, relieve physical pains and improve cognition and inner peace.

$25 tickets or $30 at the door.

This experience is open to all. Yoga mats and other props will be provided, but feel free to bring other cozy comforts. Then simply lie back, listen, and allow the sound to do the work.
