“She’s doing everything a three-year-old should be able to do — and she loves to eat now!” 🥹💛

When Mila first came to us at 2½ years old, her parents had been searching for answers for a long time. From constant constipation and extreme picky eating to sleep struggles, developmental delays, and emotional overwhelm… they’d tried everything. But they still knew there was more going on beneath the surface.

From the start, Mila’s story reflected so much resilience. Early latching difficulties, low muscle tone, and night terrors had left her little body in a cycle of stress. And by the time she began potty training, her symptoms were peaking. At her first visit, we found exactly what her nervous system had been holding onto — deep tension along the vagus nerve, which impacts digestion, sleep, and emotional regulation.

And that’s when things started to shift. ✨

Almost immediately, Mila began sleeping through the night — no more night terrors. Her digestion regulated within weeks, and the power struggles around food and bathroom time melted away. Her body grew stronger, her transitions got smoother, and she graduated from OT with confidence. These days, this brave little three-year-old is keeping up with her peers and leading the way when it comes to trying new foods. 😋
