Five years ago this week, I was setting up this office for the very first time. Doors about to open. No idea what was ahead. 🥹✨

I just knew I wanted something different. A place where moms felt heard 🤍 Where kids could get the kind of care I wish I had growing up. Where families didn’t have to fight to be taken seriously.

Five years later, one bigger space and hundreds of families in, I’m still pinching myself. 🙏

What started as a dream became something I couldn’t have fully imagined. Babies adjusted just days after birth 👶 Kids finally sleeping through the night 😴 Moms feeling like themselves again 💛 And a community that keeps showing up and trusting us with the people they love most.

I don’t take a single visit for granted. Not one.

So let’s celebrate the best way I know how… together. 🍦🎉

Little Isla has been part of this story long before she was born 💛 Her mama had been coming in for regular care even before pregnancy, and when her oldest, Benjamin, needed support with walking, he became part of the practice too. So when Isla came into the world, her family already knew the power of chiropractic care — and she was in our office as a newborn.

In those early days, Isla struggled with latching and had a flat spot developing on her head. Her mama was so in tune and proactive, making sure Isla had the support she needed from the very start. Now? She’s latching beautifully without any issues, and her head is growing and developing evenly — no more flat spot in sight!

🙌 Her nervous system is thriving, and she’s set up for so much success as she continues to grow, learn, and explore. We feel so honored to be part of this family’s journey — through pregnancy, toddlerhood, and now into these sweet newborn days with Isla. What a gift it is to walk alongside them. 💫

Say "Hi" to this cutie! Little miss Penelope 👋🏻

Penelope was struggling with chronic constipation and delayed walking. Mom says that they were frustrated and upset that they could not find a solution to help Penelope go to the bathroom regularly.

They tried everything under the sun to help her be more regular and nothing seemed to help. She was really struggling to use the bathroom before found Dr. Colleen. 🔎
Mom loved how in depth and detailed Dr. Colleen was when she explained Penelope's neurological scans. She was pleased with how Dr. Colleen did not brush her off and really took the time to help mom and Penelope out.

After just 2 adjustments Penelope took her first steps AND was having more regular bowel movements! 🎉👏🏻 Talk about Crushing it!

Mom says," Chiropractic is a great supplemental care that takes a holistic approach. It makes life easier!"
