We are excited to transition to appointments beginning in November!

What this means:
*Time slots will be scheduled for each patient
*You can schedule in person, by phone or via this link https://blspine.setmore.com
*You may call ahead for same day availability or schedule for a future date
*We will try to accommodate your desired time as best as possible
*You can make a standing weekly/monthly appointment (every Monday, etc.)
*Walk-ins are still welcome between appointments (wait times can vary)

Office hours remain the same: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 11am-6pm; Wednesday and Friday 8am-12pm
