I’ve got the best helper ever today in Cave city! Come join the local celebration. Stay long enough for the tree lighting at 7 PM hot chocolate for the kids.

We actually have 38 classes being offered this week....
One of them is today at 4 pm
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced, meditative practice that targets the deep connective tissues of the body, such as ligaments, joints, and fascia. In a typical Yin Yoga class, students can expect to hold passive, relaxed postures for extended periods, typically ranging from one to five minutes or more. This practice encourages stillness, allowing students to tune into their breath and mind and release tension in the body.
Props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks are commonly used to support the body and make each pose accessible and comfortable. As students hold the poses, they can expect to experience a deep sense of relaxation and release of tension, both physically and mentally.
