Monday, Monday......It's Chakra Release Day:
Classes 8 am Hot, 930 Cool, 11 am cool and 430 pm Cool
Here is why it's so important

A Chakra Release Yoga Class would aim to enhance well-being by balancing and aligning the body's seven energy centers. (We all need this)

Participants could expect to experience benefits such as establishing stability and security by focusing on the
Root Chakra (Muladhara), embracing creativity and passion through the
Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana), and igniting personal power and confidence with the
Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura).
Further benefits would include opening up to love and compassion via the
Heart Chakra (Anahata), finding one's true voice and self-expression through the
Throat Chakra (Vishuddha), and enhancing intuition and insight by working with the
Third Eye Chakra (Ajna).
Ultimately, such a class would strive to connect individuals with higher consciousness and spiritual enlightenment through the Crown Chakra (Sahasrara).
The integration of specific yoga poses, breathing techniques, and meditations, as described for chakra-focused practices, would contribute to these physical, emotional, and spiritual benefits.
