There is something wildly healing about sitting in a room full of women who aren’t trying to be anything or anyone but her authentic self.

One woman shares something real…
and another woman realizes she’s not alone.
One woman speaks a desire out loud for the first time ever!

Another else remembers how good it feels to be fully seen.
And the woman who came in feeling disconnected leaves glowing, grounded, alive in her body again.

These spaces remind us of who we are underneath the noise of everyday life.

Next week we have this rare Full Blue Moon and you're invited to my upcoming women's circle. 💙 Come as you are. Messy. Tender. Excited. Uncertain. All of you is welcome here.

We're gathering next Friday May 29 @ 7-10pm at a beautiful place inside Versailles State Park. Restrooms on site. Bring lawn chair or zero-gravity chair, blanket, yoga mat, water bottle and journal.
