We are so pleased to announce not one, but two pieces of good news!

1) We will now be open on Fridays, starting this Friday, December 8!

2) Beginning tomorrow, we are proud to announce that Leroy Maupin, APRN will be seeing patients at our clinic! We look forward to welcoming him and his expertise to our practice. Give us a call to get on his schedule!

We will be having a drop-in memorial to celebrate Dr. Greg Neaville’s life on Monday, December 11, 2023 from 3-7pm at the Batesville Community Center. Thank you for all of your prayers and support during this difficult time!

To our family, friends and patients who have become family over the years:

We would first like to thank each and every one of you for the outpouring of love and support over the last few days. We are truly grateful, and feel all of your prayers and good thoughts.

One of the most unanimously agreed upon thoughts about Dr. Neaville was how much he cared for his patients. They were all very special to him. We believe that a very important part of this transition to life without the man we all knew and loved is to make sure that all of his patients are still taken care of. We have been blessed with the community around us, and have been able to secure a collaborative for our APRN to continue seeing our patients. We will be working hard to add providers and ensure that all of his patients are cared for during this difficult time and in the future.

Neaville Internal Medicine will look and feel much different without Dr. Neaville, but we will be here for you and with you honoring his legacy and serving our community. Please continue praying for us, and please be patient while we navigate the tough days ahead. Thank you ❤️

Dr Greg Neaville has passed away this morning.

He was blessed to have all of his children at his side.

We ask to Please respect the privacy of his children as they grieve their loss of such a great man and father.

THANKSGIVING HOLIDAY UPDATE!
It has been decided that our office will be closed the entire week Monday November 20th through Monday November 27th.
My staff and I have worked tirelessly and long hours during our transition in our new clinic since February. We will be back and resume normal hours Monday morning 8:30 to 5:00 on November 27th!
Please leave a message for immediate needs and please limit one phone call per patient. You may also call your pharmacy with medication requests as this is the easiest route.

We would like to thank our patients for being so patient and supportive during our transition!
We are thankful for you all and hope you have a great holiday!

Power has still not been restored here at the clinic. Along with our phone lines.
We have come to a decision to just stay closed for the remainder of the day, as we are told there is no a definite time for power restoration.
We apologize for any inconvenience.

IT'S SUMMER TIME IN ARKANSAS!

Our area is under a heat advisory for the next several days.
*drink plenty of fluids
*stay in doors (if possible)
*Unplug all unused appliances to prevent outages and power surges.
* if you have elderly friends or neighbors, please check on them regularly to ensure they are safe and have the items they need to stay cool.

HOLIDAY SCHEDULE please read carefully:

Our office will be closed Monday and Tuesday July 3rd and 4th in observance of Independence Day! 🇺🇲

We will reopen on Wednesday July 5th and Thursday July 6th and resume regular business hours.

If you are needing immediate assistance please dial 911 for emergencies.

If you have refills that are needing attention please contact your Pharmacy to send us a request.

If you should call the office please limit your messages to one per person and we will call you back when we return on Wednesday- this will allow others to leave a voicemail as well.

Good afternoon! We will be closed tomorrow (2/16) to finish moving to our new location. We will not be able to answer phones while our phone lines are transferred, but will be back up and running on Monday! Phone number will still be the same for the new office. (870-569-4265)

On this rainy Wednesday we just wanted to give our patients a friendly reminder that we are still catching up on voicemails and calls from the last week we were closed due to inclement weather.
