We are sorry to inform you that Magnolia Counseling Clinic has closed. Patients have been contacted directly in regards to cancelling their appointments and letters have gone out to all the patients over the past year, advising them of alternate providers they might choose.
Should you need your records, please contact (501) 223-2776 and select the option for Customer Service. A staff member will arrange to have those pulled and e-mailed or mailed to you.

Our office will be closed Thursday, November 28 and 29, 2024 for the Thanksgiving holiday. We will reopen for normal business hours Monday, December 2. Please call us as today to obtain refills, or make or reschedule appointments.
