It is with heavy hearts that we share the unexpected passing of our beloved colleague and friend, Amanda Fleetwood, LPN
MDS Coordinator at The Springs of Batesville.

Amanda brought warmth, dedication, and compassion to everyone she worked with. Her bright smile, caring spirit, and professional excellence as an LPN touched the lives of residents, families, and her entire team at The Springs of Arkansas. She will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.Though her time with us was cut far too short, the kindness and joy she shared will continue to live on in our hearts and in the memories we cherish.

Please keep Amanda’s family, friends, and all her coworkers at The Springs of Batesville in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

Abigail Caughron, our Business Office Manager, is truly the heart behind the scenes. She brings kindness, warmth, and a gentle spirit to everything she does, always making others feel supported and cared for.

Abigail works closely with families to help guide them through the process of getting qualified for LTC Medicaid, making what can feel overwhelming so much easier with her patience and compassion.

Her sweet nature and dedication shine through each day, and we are so thankful for the love and care she brings to our team and residents.
