Check out the latest progress in our surgery department! New equipment has been installed, and our team is looking forward to the many enhancements this updated space will bring.

Pictured is one of our three new operating rooms, each designed to be 1.5 times larger than our current suites. A fourth operating room has also been built for future expansion, allowing us to grow alongside the needs of our community.

With more room for surgical teams and equipment, care delivery can flow more smoothly while maintaining a strong focus on safety.

At the age of 24, James Jones of Connersville was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes and struggled to find the right care. That changed when he came to Margaret Mary Health.

After his first visit with Krista Rivera, PA-C and our endocrinology team, James quickly got the support he needed, including an insulin pump that made a life-changing difference.

When our new hospital opens on June 6, one service we’re proud to continue offering is access to a Safe Haven Baby Box, located on the exterior wall of the building. You’ll find the Baby Box on the back (east) side of the hospital.

The Safe Haven Baby Box provides a secure and anonymous option for a mother who is unable to care for her newborn. Once a baby is placed inside, the exterior door automatically locks, and our team is immediately alerted to safely and quickly retrieve the infant from inside the hospital.
