🌅 Sunday Reset → Stronger Monday

“Your Monday aches usually start with your Sunday habits.”

Before the week begins, ask yourself:
✔️ Did I move my body today?
✔️ Did I stretch after a long week?
✔️ Is my posture ready for another 40+ hours at a desk?
✔️ When was my last adjustment?

A small reset on Sunday can prevent big discomfort on Monday.

✨ Take 5 minutes tonight:
• Gentle neck rolls
• Shoulder blade squeezes
• Hip flexor stretch
• Deep breathing to relax your nervous system

❄️ Did the ice win last week? 🥶

If you slipped, slid, twisted, or caught yourself from falling — your body felt that… even if you didn’t hit the ground.
