Screens make the world go ‘round in today’s digital world, but breaks are essential! Avoid eyestrain by blinking frequently and practicing the 20/20/20 rule—every 20 minutes look at something 20+ feet away for 20 seconds.

Technology is a beautiful thing! However, sometimes we can get too absorbed in screens. This Wellness Wednesday, try to unplug and unwind. Turn off that phone and embrace the silence. Technology-free evenings can be refreshing.
