White River Medical Center in Batesville now offers extended Mammography hours, with appointments available from 7:15 AM to 5:00 PM, giving you more flexibility to fit this important screening into your day.

Mammography Guidelines:
✔ Women age 40 and older should have an annual screening mammogram.
✔ Women with a family history or higher risk should talk to their provider about starting earlier.
✔ A physician’s order is required. Talk with your primary care provider.
✔ Avoid wearing deodorant, lotion, or powder on the day of your exam, as these can affect imaging.
✔ Wear a two-piece outfit for comfort and convenience.
