DENTAL RECEPTIONIST/HYGIENE ASSISTANT

Our goal is to create a great experience for each patient who walks through our door and that starts at the front!

This is a unique position, and we will train but you do need medical/dental experience. We are looking for someone with outstanding customer service skills, friendly, and outgoing. You must be a good communicator and a quick learner. Bilingual skills are preferred. Administrative skills will also be utilized in this position. Commitment and follow through are key factors for success.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, warmly greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, billing and several other administrative and dental assistant duties. You will be the face of the practice and patients first impression, so we are looking for someone who is outgoing and great with people.

Another friendly reminder...We are coming closer to the end of the year so don’t forget to use those remaining benefits for 2018. We are in the office Mon-Thurs from 8-4:30 with lunch typically from 12-1 pm. We have a few openings to get your cleaning before you see your family and friends for the holidays so give us a call!

Hello friends! We are making our way through December at rapid speed. Can anyone else not believe we have 2 weeks until Christmas?! Don't forget to get in before the end of the year to use the remaining benefits on your dental plan. Call the office or send us a message to set up an appointment.

We will be out of the office to celebrate the Holiday with our family and friends starting Friday December 21 an we will return Wednesday January 2.
