How often should you stretch?

Stretching everyday helps to prevent injury. Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong and healthy. Muscles need that flexibility to maintain a healthy range of motion in the joints. Without flexibility, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on those muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way, often resulting in injury.
