Katrena, our mental health therapist, completed the final portion of her EMDR Basic Training over the weekend—totaling 50 hours of specialized clinical continuing education!
What is EMDR?
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a therapy that helps the brain process and heal from overwhelming or distressing experiences, so they no longer feel as intense.
What does it help with?
EMDR can support healing from trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and distressing memories.
