Myers-Davis Life Coaching & Disability Services Having started out with just life coaching, we have moved into helping the disability community in several ways. Why would business owners need coaching?

Do you have a disability or know someone that does? Drop us a line to see if we can provide support! Here at Myers-Davis, we are dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations to reach their fullest potential, offering services designed to fill the gap and support development at every stage. No matter what we do, we are always “life coaching” in a sense. Through every program we offer, we are helping people with growth and achieving their goals in some way. Whether that be mastering an everyday life skill for an individual with a disability or finding a job for a teen to gain practical work experience. We offer support for:
*Finding and retaining employment for those with disabilities through the Arkansas Rehabilitation Services – Employment Services Program.
*SSI/SSDI Beneficiaries seeking employment through the Social Security Administration’s Ticket-To-Work Program.
*Daily living in the community for people with intellectual & developmental disabilities through the Arkansas CES Waiver Program.
*10th, 11th, & 12th grade students in high school with disabilities through classes focusing on essential life and career skills, provided through the ARS Pre-Employment Transition Services Program (Pre-ETS).
*People with disabilities who need a Positive Behavior Support Plan formulated.
*Businesses who would like to create a “team” atmosphere but don’t quite know how to do it.
*Churches or church groups needing leadership training and guidance.
*Groups of adults or youth who are looking for motivational speaking or to host an empowering retreat. Many business owners aren’t sure how to map out their business and ideas or work with people in areas of hiring and firing. Many businesses also often struggle with establishing and maintaining a desirable culture. Coaches can help you in all of these areas and help you create structure in your business. Our experts work with businesses to enhance their communication and foster a positive workplace culture.

Job description:
Reporting to their Direct Care Supervisor & Waiver Services Director, the Direct Support Professional (DSP) will participate in the team approach toward accomplishing the goal of Community Based Services associated with the Waiver program through Arkansas Division of Developmental Disabilities Services (DDS). The DSP responsibilities include, but are not limited to, exhibiting compassion, supporting consumers, and ensuring a safe environment. They foster independence and personal choice by guiding individuals in acquiring necessary skills, such as social behavior or interpersonal competence, so individuals have greater self-reliance in their day-to-day lives. The DSP shall provide a person-centered care approach to individuals we support with intellectual & developmental disabilities.

Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Assistance with community outing, meal prep and exercise/community outings assistance, and in home safety practices.

🔔 WE’RE HIRING | Long-Term Substitute Teacher (Pre-ETS) 🔔

Myers-Davis is looking for a long-term substitute to support our Pre-ETS students while one of our instructors is away.

📍 Locations:
• Pangburn High School (Class Time: 9:25–11:30 AM)
• White County Central High School (Class Time: 1:00–2:00 PM)
Schedule: Approximately 4–5 hours per day (includes travel time)

What we’re looking for:
• Passion for working with students with disabilities
• Relevant experience
• Ability to pass a drug test & background check
• Someone who wants to make a difference, not just fill a spot
