It’s back!!

All the “first day” of school pictures are flooding my social media!! We start back on Wednesday! Sad to see summer go…but looking forward to change of pace!

If you are also getting into the “back to school” mode, but still have littles and home, or are not quite at the school year age quite yet, this is an amazing program! It offers a perfect opportunity to get your little ones out of the house, get their bodies moving, and a chance to socialize with other kiddos their age! Maybe even wear them out a little bit for an easier nap time!

Classes start next month! It’s going to be so much fun! Get your little ones registered today 😎⚽️🧘🏼‍♀️

Just a little update…

I know I’ve been super MIA on this page and there are a few reasons for that…

a. Spring Sports!! With four kids we have been running around CRAZY IYKYK 🤪

b. Weather. It seems like Spring took her sweet time arriving this year! It was SO cold for SO long!! Now it’s finally starting to feel a little more comfortable 🙌🏻

c. Along with the nicer weather comes CONSTRUCTION! We live in Michigan…this is inevitable. But, this huge project just happens to be going on in our front yard! The driveway to our property is blocked off, so parking space is very limited…not to mention the dust and noise that don’t particularly add to the ambiance of a yoga class 😑

BUT…please keep following along for more updates and the possibility of a class popping up in the schedule here soon! Space will be limited due to parking like I mentioned, but I’m anxious to get back out there on my mat with you 🧘🏼‍♀️✨

It’s been an adjustment coming back to cold Michigan weather after spending a week in sunny Captiva soaking up some beautiful sunshine, and salty ocean air! But finally…I can feel it!! Spring is officially in the air and I am SO ready for it 🙌🏻☀️🌸

Looking forward to seeing the flowers in bloom, keeping the windows open, and spending more time outside 😎

I know it isn’t “officially” fall yet…but with Labor Day weekend behind us, and these early chilly mornings getting the kids off to school, it sure is starting to feel like it!

And with the impending approach of the cooler months ahead, now is the perfect opportunity to slow down, creating time and space to relax, and self reflect 🍂✨
