There are many pieces to the puzzle of wellness. Not only are our diet and activity levels important, but sometimes we forget that our environment also has a huge impact. These days, our own homes can be a source of chaos and stress, instead of a space of solace and calm. Dirty dishes are stacked in the sink. Baskets of unfolded laundry are begging to be put away. Fur balls and tiny humans running amuck...

While we don't have a magic wand to fix that, we do have a great alternative: spend an hour or two in our thoughtfully designed, nature-inspired studio. It was purposely styled to recreate the benefits we find in the outdoors. Make an appointment today so you can see for yourself!

As 2025 is coming to an end, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on it and everything that it has brought us here at Birch Tree Wellness. I’m so thankful for all the calm, the smiles, the positive energy and even the laughs that we were so fortunate to share with our clients. Years ago, when I had first invisioned a wellness studio, it was most important to me that I do so with integrity, love, and empathy. I wanted a place that was welcoming to all. One that was a safe and supportive space for people to find the help they needed, in their journey to health and healing. They say, “if you build it, they will come.” And now, I can honestly and proudly say, I’ve achieved that!

A big thanks to our amazing clients that allow us to join them on their journey! We are humbled and blessed!
Also, I would like to thank this amazing team that I have! Im not exaggerating when I say we are a “family.” We all love and support each other and I’m fully aware that the universe continues to bless me with them!
