So many things I get told that are just beyond silly.

If you ask, chances are, it is a chiropractic issue.

I am a solo-operating office but I DO have times for you emergently. If you can be flexible, I will ALWAYS work lunches, come in early, stay late to help. ❤️

Chiropractic is backed by decades of science and research. There’s a reason why our malpractice is so cheap in comparison to a surgical profession that we know that has a 40% chance minimum of lifelong side effects.

I will never just pop this because this is not what chiropractic is.

Short does not equal weak. 😉

You absolutely do NOT have to see a chiropractor for life but I joke that youll want too because you’ll feel so good.

Chiropractors are real doctors. There’s 18 chiropractic medical schools across the country. Yes we have a residency. Yes we have more training hours then MDs. It’s just facts. ❤️

✨PSOAS STRETCH✨

This gentle stretch makes life easy when you can just use your bed - no equipment needed. Add this to your nightly routine.

I love this stretch for its ease. There’s no heavy weights, weird contortions or holding yourself up. Just laying and relaxing(mostly).

This helps open up the anterior hip, loosen those tight hip flexors, stretch your glutes, release your sacroiliac joints and create space between your sacrum and lumbar spine. 💯
