It it baby season ❤️

This absolute warrior of a mom powered through her pregnancy with grace, dignity and determination. She is the strong mom of many and overcame so many unpredicted changes. In the end, she created this beautiful, healthy bundle.

Being in this home, with all the love and support of her beautiful family is a great example of the adaptation of the family in the 4th trimester. It has its mental, physical and emotional challenges to overcome AND raising a newborn on top of it all.

Here are some ways to help moms and families that are close to you during the 4th trimester:
✨check in on momma mentally.
✨offer to go for a gentle walk for physical recovery.
✨offer to watch the baby for momma recovery time.
✨offer to clean the dishes, the house, the floors, the laundry.
✨offer to just be present, listen to struggles and offer support.

Babies are so cute and wonderful but don’t forget about the dynamic that has changed after the wonderful bundle has entered this world. 💝
