What to expect:
In this four week series we will manage internal and external heat through gentle spacious movement, breathing techniques, and specific relaxation practices.
Each Friday evening we’ll take movement, breath, and meditation for 75 minutes, followed by an optional 15 minutes of tea and community. Effects may include increased ability to manage life transitions, a downregulated nervous system, a feeling of ease within yourself and your life.
Week one- breath work, meditation, spacious cooling yoga
Week two-breathwork, meditation, restorative yoga
Week three-breathwork, meditation, Yoga Nidra
Week four-a sequence incorporating practices above
Please bring:
A journal and pen/pencil
Loose, comfortable clothing
A closed container for water and/or tea
