Smart Steuben Smart Steuben is a group made of Public Health, local hospital systems, and other health-related organizations in Steuben County working to improve health.

Smart Steuben is a collaboration between Steuben County Public Health, Arnot Health, Corning Hospital, St. James Mercy Hospital, and other health-related organizations in Steuben County. Our goal is to improve the health of residents and make accessing care easier.
