Cecil Gilliam 1/27/1951 - 12/7/2024

Cecil was a dedicated employee of the Cemetery Department from 1986 to 2024. Always brought a smile to the crew. He trained many co-workers and was an asset to the Cemetery Department.
He will be missed.
