If this season feels heavy, you’re not weak—you’re human. Take it one day at a time, reach out for support, and remember that protecting your recovery is something to be proud of. You’re not alone, even when it feels that way. 💙

The holiday season can bring joy—but also stress, triggers, and pressure. If you’re working on your recovery, here are a few tips to help you stay grounded and focused this season:

✨ Stick to your routine. Keep attending groups, meetings, and following your daily structure—it’s your foundation.
💬 Reach out. Don’t isolate. Connect with peers, and sponsors when you need support.
🚫 Plan ahead. Know your triggers and have an exit plan for events where you may feel uncomfortable.
💧 Take care of yourself. Rest, eat well, stay hydrated, and make time for self-care.
🎁 Remember your “why.” You’ve worked hard—protect your progress and celebrate how far you’ve come!

The best gift you can give yourself this season is continued growth and peace of mind. 💚

Good morning! Happy Monday!
