Sock Management Part 3, Dre speaks about how you need to keep your socks close by as an amputee.

Put the sock on top of your liner. And yes you can put two socks on top of each other. But always count the ply of socks for example 1 ply and 3 ply equals 4 ply.

Don’t put on too many socks you will lose your ML control. And everyday is a new day for sock management one day you might wear 1 ply the next day 3. Food impacts your leg size and your daily activity’s.

Sock Management Part 2, Dre explains the Ply on Socks and how OPS has color coordinated socks. Gray label equals 1 ply, Black label equals 3 ply, Orange label 5 ply sock. Yes you can use multiple socks, and most importantly keep your socks on you!
