Sterile Processing Technicians are responsible for cleaning, disinfecting, and maintaining all reusable instruments, supplies, and equipment used in patient care. They also keep the decontamination area organized and perform various duties in assigned by department management according to policies and the mission of Woman’s Hospital.

Requirements:
✅ High school diploma or equivalent (experience may be considered in lieu of education)
✅ Previous experience in sterile processing preferred, or on-the-job trained OB/CS/OR technician
✅ Certification in surgery or sterile processing preferred
✅ Considerable knowledge of instrumentation and sterilization preferred
✅ Strong communication skills
