by Incyte | Imagine being able to share a powerful image instead of relying on medical terms to describe symptoms. With the MPN VisualAIzer, patients with chronic blood cancers known as myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs) can do just that—which is important, not only to help with quality-of-life control but also for help managing the disease itself in partnership with care teams.

it is "lifting the baseline of accuracy and access and accelerating timelines that were once painfully slow. For all its brilliance, AI doesn’t tell stories—people do. And medicine, at its core, is still the story of one person trying to help another. That's not going anywhere."

3 minute read of my article that I thought needed to (1) not undermine / acknowledge how frankly vast the potential and capability of multi-modal AI tools can potentially be, while (2) giving you granular examples and elements of why--imo--there will always be a role of a 'physician' in civilization; no matter how advanced. Yes, or no?

When you see large language models passing medical licensing exams, it’s easy to wonder—how long until AI becomes the doctor?

a science to assess how robust your --the innate, front lines one--is... based on your wine preferences. this little kit is 95% accurate bc it's actually based on studies during cov1d to see how and why some people have symptoms for weeks, or get sick enough to need admission.. vs others who were tired for a few days. turns out, if you like and in your ..aka a non taster.. you have an average of 23 days before resolution of symptoms.. as opposed to FIVE as a super taster. check out study on bitterness--or the link--to learn more.

this episode is special, because our guest Dr. Codi Peterson, who was apparently an avid listener, messaged 'simply to say thank you'. it turns out, our episode on angiosarcoma with Corrie Painter helped his fam navigate through a time. crazier, though, was when I looked at his bio and saw he was EXACTLY WHAT ID BEEN LONG LOOKING FOR--an expert on / / and an associate professor at SoCal! so, here you have it--probably the most common question I get on social media: do cannabinoids have a place in anti cancer therapy? spoiler alert.. the answer is yes.

so proud of Cancer Advocacy Group of Louisiana (CAGLA) and our scientific advisory board for trying to do right by our patients in Louisiana. here's to hopefully assisting with one of the most addictive, troubling habits still around today, amongst others with preventative treatment and potentially term remission therapy.

NEW ORLEANS, Louisiana — Last week our CAGLA Team attended a bill signing ceremony with Governor Jon Bel Edwards in Baton Rouge at the State Capitol. The three CAGLA bills signed at this ceremony by Governor Edwards were 1) HB 435 – CAR-T Bill by Rep. Aimee Freeman, 2) SB 200 Cancer Screening Bi...
