At Integrative Spine and Pelvis our therapists are skilled in many manual therapy modalities that they love to incorporate into their patients treatment as a way to make them feel better and find relief for whatever issues they may have!
This mama was having pelvic floor pain postpartum with s*x and inserting tampons😫 We were able to work with her to figure out this pain she was by tight muscles in her pelvic floor. We were able to use cupping techniques to help release the tightness and tension she was feeling “down there” that was being caused by nerves in her back. She's feeling so much better now, and is able to have pain free s*x and wear tampons again, woohoo!!!
