• Recommending a proper medication regimen for patients, if necessary

• Completing patient forms and work notes

Q: How long does sunscreen last? ☀️
A: As we spend more time outdoors in the warm weather, it's important to remember to protect your skin from harmful UV rays. Use a sunscreen or sunblock with a minimum of SPF 30 and reapply at least every 2 hours, more often if you are sweating heavily or spending time in water. A water resistant sunscreen should be reapplied every 40 minutes for safety.
👉 It is estimated that 80% of harmful UV rays pass through even the thickest clouds, so don't forget about sun protection on cloudy days. 🌥️
