We provide compliance, reimbursement, and operations consultation to healthcare facilities. The team at Agentive has a diverse background ranging from claims and audit management, patient safety and quality, risk management, MDS and PDPM, grant development, operations, census, and financial health. Agentive can assess and develop employee retention and recognition programs. Given the current climate, employee recruitment, retention and decreased attrition are key factors in success. Helping clients adjust to the new healthcare landscape since the pandemic through assisting to implement critical systems such as Infection Prevention / Control, Quality Measures, Re-admissions, high risk analysis and software system customization is a significant element to our partnership. We also assist with grant management or contract management, such as negotiation with ACO’s, Managed Care Organizations, Insurance Providers as well as your key vendors.
