Y’all know me. I’m pretty basic. 🤷🏻‍♀️

With avocado and cottage cheese mixed in, of course. 🤪

I said what I said.

But walking pads aren’t the problem — it’s what they represent. Another form of multitasking disguised as “self-care.” Another way we pile stress on top of stress just to keep up and hit the numbers — steps, deadlines, and productivity all at once.

We need actual breaks. Time to get outside. To breathe, reset, and let our nervous system chill for a second.

Real health isn’t pacing while you’re in a Zoom meeting. Or checking off emails and step counts.

Real health is being able to move away, feel the sun on your face, breathe fresh air, and take a mental break. It’s movement that calms your nervous system, not movement squeezed into an already overloaded schedule.

You don’t need a walking pad. You need a world that values rest and real movement — not more multitasking in disguise.
