✨Come flow with Lexi this Friday at 5:45PM for SEVA Community Flow

Lexi created SEVA (selfless service) Community Flow as a way to give back - because she believes yoga should be accessible to everyone. All classes are free or optional donation to a local charity.

Each week, a different teacher leads SEVA, sharing their unique style, while keeping the practice grounded in consistency and community.

Lexi is also dedicated to supporting our teachers growth and organizes monthly free trainings to continue their education.

Outside of the studio, Lexi is a clinical social worker and ecotherapist. She has a passion for nature & assisting people with establishing a strong relationship to the natural world. She often weaves Earth based practices into her yoga classes.

Lexi is always helping others in all areas of her life. She’s got a heart of gold and has made an impact on this community! 💛

🪷 Come practice.

✨Intermediate Flow with Kristin Thursdays at 5:45pm

Kristin was trained in Ashtanga yoga over a decade ago in Rishikesh, India, her path has been one of immersion, devotion, and lived experience. Kristin spent over four years living, learning, and teaching across India, Nepal, and Thailand—where yoga is not just practiced, but woven into daily life.

As a trekker, hiker, and environmentalist, she draws inspiration from nature’s rhythm and resilience. Her teaching embraces the full eight limbs of Ashtanga yoga, with a special focus on yamas, niyamas, asana, pranayama, pratyahara and meditation. Kristin believes yoga is so much more than exercise—it is a state of being, a sacred discipline that cultivates strength, clarity, and spiritual connection.

Her classes have a strong focus on strength and alignment, which allows practitioners to bring more awareness to their practice through anchoring themselves in the present moment. Kristin brings her background in dance and movement principles into class. This attention to detail not only prevents injury but also nurtures a deeper connection between mind and body, empowering students to progress with confidence and mindfulnes.

The last of the yamas, Aparigraha is one of the main lessons taught in the Bhagavad Gita. This last Yama teaches us to embrace change, as it is the only thing in life we are guaranteed.

“Let your concern be with the action alone, and never with the fruits of action. Do not let the results of your action be your motive, and do not be attached to inaction” – Krishna / Bhgavad Gita

Catch Marina for Vinyasa Flow on Sunday at 1pm

My class is a vinyasa sequence, but always exploring one or two poses a little deeper and breaking down entrance and/or variations. I am drawn to offer hands on assists that may help the students reach a new understanding of the pose or simply drop into their bodies and breath a little deeper. I see yoga as a blueprint for how to live and how to die so a proper savasana is a must in every class. Oh, and music. Music is everything and it connects our brains to the divine frequency.

✨Teacher Highlight ✨

Peyton is an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher registered with Yoga Alliance, whose practice and teaching are rooted in the rich lineage of both classical and contemporary yoga. His primary teacher is Maureen Bosker of Yoga in the Woods in Traverse City, Michigan. Maureen trained under Beryl Bender, founder of The Hard & The Soft Yoga Retreats and Adventures—one of the most prestigious and comprehensive yoga schools in the United States, established in 1975 in Winter Park, Colorado. Both Beryl Bender and Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, the founder of Ashtanga Yoga, remain central influences in Peyton’s lineage.

Peyton’s studies also extend through Kathy McNames of Ashtanga Yoga Vermont, both his and Maureen’s teacher, and are further enriched by Maureen’s direct training with Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. In addition, Peyton has practiced with respected modern teachers including Bryan Kest, David Swenson, and many others, whose insights continue to shape his approach to teaching and living yoga.

Drawing from this deep well of training, Peyton’s teaching style blends discipline with accessibility, offering students the opportunity to explore yoga’s transformative power—physically, mentally, and spiritually. His classes honor tradition while meeting the needs of today’s students, fostering resilience, awareness, and compassion on and off the mat.

Our Mission

Leela which means divine play was co-created by Brittany Roberts & Allie Zuber. You can imagine the world as a giant stage, that we are all playing a special role in this divine play! We’re pulling the curtain back on yoga & meditation and revealing the raw yoga practice! Leela’s mission is to make Yoga accessible to everyone by merging mindfulness and movement therapy through a combination of classes: vinyasa flow, alignment and basics, restorative and meditation. We offer private lessons, mentorships, teacher trainings, workshops and free consultants to meet you where you are. Whether you can barely spell yoga or already have a yoga or meditation practice you would like to expand, Leela gives you the tools and methods to customize the right path for your authentic transformation.
