Celebrating Dedication & Heart 💙

Today we had the joy of honoring two incredible team members — Ms. Lisa Blanchard and Trenishia Gray — for their 6+ years of service at Autumn Lake! 🌟

Both were presented with plaques and $100 gift cards, but more than that — they received our deepest gratitude. For over six years, they have shown up with compassion, dedication, and a commitment to the people and families we serve. Their work goes far beyond the tasks at hand; it’s the love, patience, and care they pour into every day that makes a lasting difference.

Wrapping up the year with purpose and pride ✨

Today marked Autumn Lake’s last quarterly meeting of the year — a day filled with growth, training, and celebration. Our team came together for sessions on Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and Person-Centered Planning (with activities still to be finalized), as well as an expanded look at the DSP Transportation Policy that included Medicaid Fraud Awareness.

We closed the day on a high note with our Years of Service Recognition, honoring the dedication and commitment of those who continue to make Autumn Lake a place where care, compassion, and excellence shine through. 💙

Here’s to finishing strong and stepping into the new year with renewed focus and gratitude. 🌟
