Foundation X offers Multisystemic Therapy (MST)—an evidence-based, intensive therapy model designed to help youth struggling with:

🔹 Chronic delinquency
🔹 Family conflict
🔹 School refusal
🔹 Aggression or defiance
🔹 Court involvement or risk of out-of-home placement

MST helps keep teens safely at home, in school, and out of the system by working directly with the entire family and involving natural supports. Services are delivered in the home, school, and community for maximum impact.
