Attended an incredible mental health conference in Washington, D.C., and it was truly inspiring! I feel refreshed, updated, and excited to integrate all the new insights into my work as a therapist. It was also amazing to reunite with two fellow therapists I met at a conference three years ago—we decided to attend together, making the experience even more special. Exploring D.C. was a blast, and if you ever get the chance, I highly recommend experiencing dueling pianos! ❤️
