KaRonda holds a B.S. from Southern University and is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and the Junior League of Baton Rouge. Beyond her professional accomplishments, she is a proud Redstickers mom and serves as an HOA President—truly embodying leadership both in and out of the workplace.

Her commitment, compassion, and leadership help create a positive environment for our staff and ultimately support the care we provide to our residents. We are so grateful for all she does!
