We had an amazing time hosting puppy yoga with ! We donated essential items and over $300 to our local pet shelter. It was a great Monday afternoon spent on our mats playing with pups and learning about CAA's impact in the BR community! 🐶🐶🐶

Last Sunday, we said farewell and best wishes to our studio’s ray of sunshine ☀️☀️☀️ ☀️☀️☀️Lynda has been our studio’s cheerleader since Day 1 of Yoglates. She has welcomed everyone who attends our classes with open arms, a sweet smile and words of encouragement! We will miss Lynda so much and wish her all good things as she starts her next adventure! We don’t know what we will do without her here!
