The world says 60–70 is when you slow down and fade out. But for many people, retirement brings more fear about losing purpose than excitement about "free time."

Here's the good news: God doesn't retire His people. This fourth quarter of life can still be full of passion, meaning, and good health, on purpose.
With a little reflection and planning, it becomes a continuation of the story, not the closing chapter.

We aren't done yet. Not by a long shot.

Discover how God’s plan doesn't come with an expiration date and how you can embrace purpose, intention, and spiritual meaning in...

"I thought I had forgiven them… so why does it still hurt?"

This is a question I've asked myself more than once and one I hear often in Christian counseling.

Here's what I've come to realize: Forgiveness is a choice. Healing is a process.

Forgiveness doesn't always remove the pain instantly. It's not a sign of unforgiveness. It just means you're still healing.

In this post, I share what the Bible says about the difference between forgiveness and healing, and how we can give ourselves grace in the process.

If you're still hurting and wondering what comes next, I hope this encourages you: https://crossroadcounselor.com/christian-living/forgiveness-vs-healing/

In our latest blog, we explore what it means to make space — emotionally, mentally, and spiritually — for the people who matter most.

Whether you’re navigating family rhythms, marriage, friendship, or even distance, this reflection offers practical, grace-filled encouragement.
