It’s truly my honor to step into this work with Maddie’s Footprints and continue supporting families in our community. 🤍

We are so grateful for the dedicated social workers who have supported our families over the past few years from Baton Rouge Perinatal Counseling, LLC. Their compassion and care have been an important part of our mission, and we are deeply thankful for the role they’ve played in walking alongside families during incredibly difficult moments and helping us grow. We are excited to continue to partner with them in other ways, while serving our families.

As we continue to grow and strengthen our support in Baton Rouge, we are excited to share that we are now partnering with one dedicated clinician to provide more consistent, specialized care for the families we serve.

Please join us in welcoming Beth Anne Vivian, LPC, PMH-C.

Beth Anne is a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in perinatal mental health. Since 2012, she has maintained a private practice in Baton Rouge, where she walks alongside individuals and couples navigating infertility and pregnancy loss with compassion and understanding.

We are honored to have her as part of the Maddie’s Footprints community and look forward to the impact this continued, consistent support will bring to the families we serve.

🤩🤩🤩

🧡 National Infertility Awareness Week is April 19-25, 2026, and what better way to promote FERTILITY AWARENESS than with special pricing on the AMH test! 🧡

During the entire month of April 2026, Fertility Answers will offer this test for $35 (cash pay only). 😊

This easy blood test is worth considering for any woman wanting to know more about her fertility.

AMH stands for Anti-Mullerian hormone and is a hormone made by the ovaries. Because the levels of AMH decline the closer you get to menopause, this test can be an excellent indicator of your remaining egg supply.

What are the key advantages to AMH testing?

👍Convenient – Since it can be drawn during any point during your cycle, either on or off contraception, there’s no need to wait until a certain day to take the test – it can be done at any time!
💯Reliable – AMH is not produced by other cells in the body, and therefore false positives or negatives are of minimal concern.
🎯Accurate – It has been shown to be one of the best predictors of egg reserve.
⏰Informative – What the AMH can tell you in terms of egg supply can help you decide when family building is right for you.

Timely and informed discussion on fertility lowers stress and helps in a couple’s decision-making process. For example, if your AMH is high, you might feel more comfortable waiting to finish an education or start a career before feeling the need to start a family. On the other hand, if you AMH is low, it may lead you down the path of trying to get pregnant sooner or electing to freeze the eggs you have now for later use.

Contact our office today to schedule your $35 AMH test, only available at this cash price during the month of April 2026.

👼🏻Pregnancy after loss is a delicate balance of fear and hope. Reassurance is temporary and worry is suffocating, robbing you of what most people consider to be an exciting time.

❤️‍🩹There isn’t a specific milestone when the worries will disappear because anxious thoughts tend to travel with us.

🤰🏻You are allowed to feel joyful and scared, guilty and angry, hesitant and uncertain but if fear gets overwhelming, don’t wait to talk to someone who has experience navigating this space.

💗 If you’re reading this for a reason, remember that right now at this very moment, you are still pregnant.

03/15/2026

Today, on Pregnancy After Loss Awareness Day, we hold space for the families in our Maddie’s Footprints community who are walking the journey of pregnancy after loss.

This path can carry so many emotions—hope, fear, joy, and remembrance. To every parent navigating this chapter, please know that you are not alone.

At Maddie’s Footprints, we honor the babies who will forever live in your hearts while supporting you as you continue forward. 💙

If you feel comfortable, we invite you to share your rainbow pregnancy stories in the comments. Your story may bring comfort, hope, and connection to another family walking this path. 🌈
