Prime Physical Therapy is an outpatient physical therapy clinic new to the Jones Creek area. We offer excellence in physical therapy, rehabilitation and wellness. We also promote an inviting and relaxing atmosphere to allow our patients comfort throughout their treatment. The owners are a husband and wife team that work together to develop and carry out a treatment plan that is best suited for the needs of each individual patient . Trinity Salter is the head Physical Therapist. She obtained her Masters from Louisiana State University Health Science Center. She obtained her Doctorate in Manual Therapy from the Ola Grimsby Institute through the University of Utah located in Fort Lauderdale,Florida. Trinity is also certified in the technique of Functional Dry Needling. Sy Salter is a Physical Therapy Assistant and he is also the manager for the clinic. He obtained his Associates degree from South University in West Palm Beach, Florida. Sy also maintains a specialty in Orthopedics as well as Neurological Dysfunctions. We accept the large majority of insurances. We also offer same day appointments.
