Say hello to Dessa Frederick, our incredible HR & Payroll Director! 

With over 38 years of experience, she brings unmatched knowledge, leadership, and heart to everything she does. Originally from Ville Platte and raised in Baton Rouge, she now calls Prairieville home and is a proud mom and MIMI to four beautiful grandchildren! 🩷

Meet our incredible pharmacist, Brittney—born and raised in Livingston, LA! After starting at LSU, she earned her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Louisiana at Monroe in 2011. During her Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experiences (APPEs), she discovered a passion for women’s health, inspired by a family friend who showed her how impactful pharmacists can truly be. She works closely with nurses and providers to create seamless care protocols and improve outcomes. She serves on ReCenter’s Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee, where she helps guide quality standards and infection control measures. She is also a proud member of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP)—a testament to her commitment to advancing excellence in pharmacy care.

What drew her to ReCenter?
“ReCenter’s team-centric environment and dedication to holistic care drew me in. I am proud to be a part of a mission to improve patient lives—not just through medications—but via education, empathy, and teamwork. I have so much respect for the work of our surgeons and I am grateful to be a part of something so special for our community.
