We perform fluoroscopically-guided diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Our goal is to help patients by determining why they hurt, what structure is causing their pain, and then addressing that pathology with as minimal invasive techniques as possible.Patients with neck and low back pain, headaches of cervical origin, and pain that radiates down arms or legs are typically those we can help. We perform cervical and lumbar epidural steroid injections (interlaminar and transforaminal), medial branch blocks (nerve blocks), intra-articular facet (zygapophyseal joint) injections, stellate ganglion, and lumbar sympathetic blocks. Cervical and lumbar/radiofrequency neurotomy (ablation), discography, percutaneous disc decompression, and spinal cord (dorsal column) stimulator trials are also services we offer. Our physicians have extensive familiarity with the medicolegal process, and prepare detailed timely reports that anticipate future depositions and possible trial testimony.
