What I love most about this dietary approach, is there are no REAL rules. Its ALL about what works for you.

Of course, there are suggestions, education, and recommendations--Yet the bottom line is when you learn how to monitor your health, you learn to create an eating style that is functional for you.

Instead of just focusing on your weight, like most diets, you learn to focus on your body temperature and pulse, your digestion, your sleep, your hormone function (libido and period), your skin and hair, your energy and mood.

Essentially, eating to support your metabolism teaches you how to heal (food logging, taking temp and pulse, monitoring subjective markers), vs just giving you a diet. Long term, it's a more sustainable and educational approach to healing.

This allows you to be more fluid in your approach to healing vs being married to a single nutritional belief. This allows for growth, learning and expansion.
