What is Qigong? Working and playing with essential source.
Tai Chi? Supreme, ultimate balance and harmony.
There are many benefits for the body when practicing Qigong/Tai Chi and the principles used from these methods are helpful when applied to breath work! For starters it can trigger key physiological and psychological health benefits including,
