I'm reposting the first instructional video that I made back in 2020 during the quarantine. It can be helpful for the spine, especially low back(lumbar)sacral, sciatic and hip flexibility, helping to alleviate sciatica. Sciatic issues usually involve a compression of the nerve, over time from over use verses non-movement or non-alleviation. There may also be a herniated or bulging disc that a doctor can diagnose. Basically, regular stretching and massage will surely help to prevent the gradual or sudden on set of sciatic pain. The earlier you start prevention, the better. Sciatic pain usually may start to show up in your late forties/early 50's and above. It also depends on how sedentary, active and your daily activity/lifestyle.
