Flow, breathe, and reset 🌿

We’re excited to have leading our Puff & Flow movement session at !

Bryce yoga journey began in 2018 while competing in college track & field, where yoga was a required part of training. After dealing with multiple injuries throughout his athletic career, he stepped away from track and turned to yoga as a way to rebuild his body and restore balance. Seeing and feeling the transformation firsthand inspired him to become a yoga instructor so he could help others experience the same power and healing through their practice.

Join us as he guides attendees through a grounding session focused on movement, breath, and reconnecting with your body.

We’re focused on stronger communication, smoother setup, and making sure the brands who join us feel supported and prepared. The vendor village is a huge part of the LCFest experience. We’d love to connect with a wide variety of businesses such as (but not limited to):
