Life Source Hospice Life Source Services is a hospice provider in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Our mission is to provide care to the patients and families facing terminal illness.

Life Source Services is a licensed, certified Hospice provider that is locally owned and operated in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. We serve patients within a 50-mile radius of our office within Louisiana. Our goal is to meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs for the terminally ill by providing compassionate and individualized care using integrity, heart and knowledge. Our team will focus on empowering the patients and their families to achieve a peaceful and comfortable end of life experience. The staff at Life Source Services is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to meet the needs of our patients. Hospice services are covered by Medicare Part A, Medicaid and most private insurance companies. Life Source Services views each situation as unique and will review each one individually. Serving patients in East Baton Rouge, Ascension, Assumption, East Feliciana, Iberville, Livingston, Pointe Coupee, St. Helena, St. James, Tangipahoa, West Baton Rouge, and West Feliciana Parishes.

We are WALKING FOR A CAUSE SATURDAY OCTOBER 18TH AT 8 AM to Noon.

WHERE YOU ASK? BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD OF BATON ROUGE: 5525 REITZ AVE. BR LA 70809. (Make a right at the I-10 Bluebonnet Exit).

Tomorrow our team will be at the 2025 Alzheimer's Walk event. We are a part of the Memory Market from 8 AM to about 12 PM. We will be there to answer questions, offer our services and spread awareness.

If you really just don't know what to do to plan for your parents in their final years. We can help.

If you have been thinking about a family member who has been showing some signs of forgetfulness or having a lot of falls, it might be time for you to get a consultation. There are complimentary no strings attached resources available.

Come out to this event, have a little food, enjoy the band, and stop by our tent.

Alzheimer's Walk To Remember is just around the corner on October 18th and we have closed our books on fundraising for this year's event. We raised a total of $2568.00, we surpassed our goal of $1000.
