Thank you so much for taking the time to read through my updated policies! Theyâre in place to help keep sessions running smoothly, respect everyoneâs time, and create a safe, comfortable environment for all clients.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hoursâ notice will be charged 50% of the session fee. No-shows are responsible for 100% of the session fee. This policy helps protect the time thatâs set aside just for you and allows the schedule to run fairly for everyone.
Payment Policy:
Payment is due at the time of your session. Cash and checks are preferred, but Venmo and credit card payments through Square are also accepted.
⢠When using Venmo, please include just a single emoji as the caption.
⢠Square credit card payments include a small service fee.
Arrival + Office Details:
When you arrive, please check in with the front desk and wait in the waiting room. Iâll come downstairs to get you when itâs time for your session. There is a no-shoe policy once upstairs, so please remove your shoes before entering the treatment area. Thank you for helping keep the space clean and welcoming.
Session Expectations:
If anything feels uncomfortable or painful during your massage, please speak up right away. Communication is essential for a safe, effective session. All massages are strictly therapeutic and non-sexual. As a medical massage professional, I reserve the right to end a session if any behavior is inappropriate or makes me uncomfortable.
